At the Empowered Birth Foundation, we believe every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based care. That's why we bring together childbirth educators, lactation specialists, doulas, nurses, midwives, therapists, and community partners to support families across Queens before, during, and after birth.
Serving Queens Families
We aim to combat the maternal health crisis in Queens by offering free, weekly community gatherings led by a vetted, trauma informed team.
What makes us different
Our model goes beyond traditional childbirth education. We integrate arts, mindfulness, and movement into every session to actively reduce stress, teach self-advocacy, and create sustainable support networks for under-resourced neighborhoods.
